Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay or using the Mukshwaa By Riverside website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% is payable at check-in. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 7+ days before check-in: Full refund. 3-7 days before: 50% refund. Within 3 days: Non-refundable. No-shows: Non-refundable.

IMPORTANT:

During peak season (December-January, April-June, long weekends, public holidays), cancellations are strictly NOT allowed. No refunds will be issued for peak season bookings once confirmed.

For bulk bookings (5 or more rooms/tents), cancellations are NOT allowed once confirmed. Contact the property at +91 8595420659 at the earliest in case of unavoidable circumstances.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property. Smoking prohibited inside tents and cottages. Children must be supervised at all times. No loud music after 10 PM. No illegal substances.

Liability

Mukshwaa By Riverside is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or belongings during the stay, except where directly caused by our negligence. Guests participate in outdoor activities at their own risk.

All prices are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing confirmed at booking. Seasonal surcharges may apply.
