What is the cancellation policy? +

We offer flexible cancellation. Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive 50% refund. Within 3 days are non-refundable. Contact us for specific terms.

Is advance payment required? +

Yes, we require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid at check-in. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.

Can I book for a group or event? +

Do you offer airport/station pickup? +

Yes, we arrange pickup and drop from Pantnagar Airport (62 miles) and Kathgodam Railway Station (51 km). Inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange transport.
